Shocking ! Stop Bathing, DANGEROUS !
healthylifes - Friends, this time I will share about health. Do you shower
often? Oh, of course, there are those who bathe 2 times a day, or 3 times a
day, some even bathe 4 times a day.
But friends say there is a time or situation where it is
forbidden to take a bath, not to bathe but to wait for the right time to take a
bath.
What times or circumstances are prohibited from bathing?
Here I will explain.
1. Shower after eating
Take a shower after eating, it's
okay if we are pressed for time to go to work or want to go to school. When we
eat and after eating our blood flow will focus and focus on the digestive
tract. The blood vessels expand and repeat their function, which is to work to
digest food. If after eating and then we take a shower, the blood circulation
that should work will be disturbed, so that usually the stomach will a little
pain or cramps, and digestive disorders occur.
For that, if we eat and want to
take a shower, wait for the right time, about 1-2 hours. Because that's when
the food in our stomach has been processed and digested so that our people are
not working hard and need a large blood flow.
2. Bathing after physical activity
We as humans are
certainly happy to exercise, be it a leisurely walk, cycling, gymnastics and
even going to the gym. When we do physical activity, of course we will sweat
and our bodies become hot. When our bodies become hot, it means that our blood
flow works extra fast from the heart throughout our body, especially the body
that moves to do activities, if we run, the blood will focus on the legs, if we
lift weights the blood will focus on the hands. Indeed, if we finish physical
exercise, the sweaty body will be fresher if we take a shower, but…. If we take
a shower, the blood circulation will be disturbed, this will result in less
blood in the heart and chest, it could even be that after bathing we sweat
again or it could happen that we even like going into wind or fainting
So we can take a shower but wait
until our bodies cool down a bit and the circulation returns to normal
3. Take a shower when you have a fever
Fever or fever can affect anyone.
When you have a fever, the body consumes about 20% heat. It is not advisable to
take a shower when we have a fever, because if you have a fever, it will be
easy for something unwanted to happen. Can get hotter or even faint, it would
be better if we have a fever to wipe with warm water, and compress with cold
water on the head or armpits.
4. Shower when drunk
You know alcohol, right? Indeed,
there are many benefits apart from the bad. Alcohol is not intended to be
drunk, alcohol inhibits liver activity and inhibits the release of glucose.
When taking a bath, glucose digestion increases. This causes the body to
produce glucose or blood sugar to increase, so it will be easy and susceptible
to dizziness and red disease
So take a bath after we are
conscious or not drunk. It is best not to get drunk or drink alcoholic
beverages
These are the health tips that I can convey,
maybe something is missing or excessive. But those are some tips for
maintaining our health. Better to keep than to cure.
Always healthy and enthusiastic in activities -
